Senior Solution Architect, Oracle HCM

📋 Description

• Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders during Oracle HCM Cloud transformation initiatives.

• Conduct strategic discovery sessions to grasp organizational goals, challenges, risks, and opportunities.

• Assist executive decision-making regarding business transformation, operating model changes, implementation strategies, and organizational preparedness.

• Establish future-state business capabilities and transformation roadmaps that align with organizational goals.

• Support and/or lead discussions in executive steering committees and strategic governance meetings.

• Offer impartial guidance on complex business and technology decisions.

• Provide architectural leadership across extensive Oracle HCM Cloud programs covering various workstreams and functional areas.

• Ensure coherence between business strategy, implementation methods, and solution architecture.

• Analyze intricate business requirements and organizational challenges to formulate scalable transformation strategies.

• Collaborate with Solution Architects to maintain consistency in solution design choices.

• Identify cross-functional impacts, risks, and dependencies throughout transformation initiatives.

• Guide architectural decisions that affect long-term business and technology results.

• Create implementation, adoption, optimization, and transformation roadmaps.

• Evaluate organizational maturity and highlight opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and technology adoption.

• Suggest strategies that balance business priorities, risk, and resource limitations.

• Align client roadmaps with Oracle product innovations and industry best practices.

• Support long-term planning beyond initial implementation phases.

• Lead strategic presales engagements and discovery discussions.

• Collaborate with sales leadership to shape solution strategy, implementation approach, and transformation vision.

• Assist and/or lead executive presentations, solution workshops, and client strategy meetings.

• Help define engagement scope, assumptions, estimates, and statements of work.

• Communicate business value, transformation outcomes, and return on investment to prospective clients.

• Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships through additional transformation initiatives and services.

• Mentor and coach team members during delivery engagements.

• Provide insights on solution design, stakeholder management, and transformation strategy.

• Establish and promote architectural standards, implementation best practices, and delivery methodologies.

• Assist practice leadership in developing organizational capabilities and consulting excellence.

• Contribute to reusable assets, frameworks, and strategic delivery methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, including solution architecture and transformational advisory roles.

• Extensive expertise across various Oracle HCM Cloud modules and comprehensive HCM processes.

• Proven track record in leading large-scale enterprise transformation and implementation projects.

• Demonstrated success in engaging executive stakeholders and facilitating strategic business conversations.

• Experience in defining future-state operating models, implementation strategies, and transformation roadmaps.

• Strong background in presales, discovery, and client advisory roles.

• Capability to manage multiple workstreams and influence decisions within complex organizations.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Preferred: Oracle HCM Cloud certifications across multiple modules.

• Preferred: Experience in leading global or highly complex enterprise HCM transformations.

• Preferred: Proven history of mentoring Solution Architects and delivery teams.

• Preferred: Experience supporting business development and strategic sales initiatives.

• Preferred: Consulting experience encompassing both solution delivery and executive advisory services.

• Position is remote-first for candidates based in the U.S. or Canada.

• Ability to travel up to 25% for client on-site requirements both in and outside the United States.

• Must be legally eligible to travel to the United States for necessary business purposes.
