Senior Solution Architect, O365

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Design, architect, and showcase intricate Digital Workspace solutions that seamlessly integrate hardware, software, cloud services, security, and professional services into all-encompassing customer offerings.

• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Solution Architecture teams to create technical strategies that foster revenue growth and strengthen customer relationships.

• Facilitate customer discovery sessions, gather requirements, conduct workshops, and perform technical assessments to grasp business objectives.

• Aid pre-sales activities by crafting proposals, statements of work, solution designs, technical presentations, and demonstrations.

• Recognize opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Microsoft, cloud, security, collaboration, and endpoint management, while upholding a service-oriented approach.

• Develop and sustain customer-facing demonstrations and technical enablement resources that highlight solution capabilities and deliver business value.

• Contribute to the development of new service offerings, solution packages, and go-to-market strategies that enhance the customer experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Cloud Architecture, Systems Engineering, or Technical Presales roles.

• Demonstrated success in designing, selling, and implementing enterprise Microsoft and cloud solutions.

• Strong experience in customer-facing roles, including executive presentations, solution workshops, and consultative selling engagements.

• In-depth knowledge of modern workplace solutions, such as client virtualization, security, identity, data, AI, and cloud services.

• Proficient in developing technical strategies that bolster revenue growth, ensure customer success, and outline long-term technology roadmaps.
