Senior Solution Architect, FO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Act as the strategic leader responsible for shaping, governing, and delivering large-scale business transformation solutions utilizing Microsoft technologies.

• Collaborate with executive stakeholders, business leaders, delivery teams, and Microsoft partners to establish solution strategies that align with business goals and ensure scalable, secure, future-ready architectures.

• Lead discussions on architecture from presales to post-go-live, ensuring continuity of vision and maintaining architectural integrity.

• Define solution blueprints and drive governance of architecture.

• Oversee application lifecycle management, environmental planning, integrations, data migration, security, deployment readiness, and testing strategies.

• Collaborate with project and delivery leaders to identify risks, set technical direction, and ensure solutions align with client objectives and technology roadmaps.

• Assist clients in leveraging Power Platform, Azure services, Power BI, Copilot, data platforms, and customer engagement solutions alongside Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

• Facilitate workshops, present architectural recommendations, lead solution reviews, manage escalations, and influence strategic decisions.

• Contribute to business growth through presales activities, solution envisioning, estimation, proposal support, and customer presentations.

• Collaborate with account teams to identify opportunities, shape solution strategies, and support pursuit efforts while leading ongoing delivery engagements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or a related field; a relevant combination of education and experience will be considered.

• Over 10 years of experience in ERP consulting or solution architecture.

• A minimum of 5 years focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

• Proven track record of leading at least five full-cycle enterprise-scale ERP implementations with accountability for overall solution architecture and delivery guidance.

• In-depth functional expertise in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Finance within Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

• Experience in defining and overseeing enterprise architecture strategies that encompass integrations, data migration, security, environment management, deployment planning, and application lifecycle management.

• Proficient understanding of Power Platform, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure services, DevOps, Copilot capabilities, and Dynamics 365 integrations.

• Strong executive presence with experience facilitating workshops, engaging C-level stakeholders, conducting presales activities, developing solution proposals, and serving as a trusted advisor.

• Certifications in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations such as MB-700 / MB-600, along with AI Business Solutions certifications, are highly preferred.

• Experience in evaluating, integrating, and overseeing third-party ISV solutions and intellectual property within Dynamics 365 F&O implementations.

• Must be a US citizen or authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
