This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership and lead technical pre-sales activities for designated opportunities, including discovery sessions, customized demonstrations, technical presentations, workshops, and proof-of-concepts.
• Work in collaboration with Sales and Sales leadership to comprehend customer needs, align technical execution with account strategy, and contribute to revenue objectives.
• Conduct thorough discovery sessions to identify customer pain points, business drivers, decision-making criteria, and technical specifications.
• Design and propose solutions that integrate Cyara's platform with clients' existing technology environments, ensuring smooth operation and enhancement of their CX strategies.
• Create and deliver tailored demonstrations of Cyara's platform that effectively link customer challenges to business value.
• Address technical inquiries, manage objections efficiently, and provide expert guidance throughout intricate sales cycles.
• Represent Cyara at customer-facing events, including conferences, webinars, trade shows, and high-level executive engagements.
• Collaborate across functions with Product, Implementation, Customer Success, and other internal teams to relay customer feedback, resolve issues, and ensure seamless transitions from pre-sales to delivery.
• Develop and contribute to technical sales materials, documentation, best practices, case studies, and internal training resources that enhance the Solution Architect team.
• Mentor junior Solution Architects and share insights, advanced strategies, and successful techniques with the team.
• Over 8 years of experience in a pre-sales, sales engineering, solutions engineering, or solutions architecture capacity.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Proven track record in leading large-scale or enterprise-level technical sales initiatives from discovery to closing.
• Experience in CX, contact center, call center, IVR, testing, monitoring, or related technologies is preferred.
• Advanced technical expertise with the capability to design solutions, integrate complex systems, and translate technical functionalities into business value.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of crafting a vision for Cyara's solutions and engaging both technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong consultative discovery skills, with the ability to reveal customer challenges, goals, needs, motivations, and decision-making processes.
• Proficient in using storytelling, relevant customer examples, and value-based messaging to establish trust and connect Cyara's solutions to customer outcomes.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, able to address objections with sound logic in a non-confrontational manner.
• Excellent meeting management skills, including active listening, concise responses, clear transitions, and defined next steps.
• Leadership and mentoring capabilities, with a readiness to coach junior Solution Architects and engage in internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Product, Implementation, Customer Success, and other internal stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel as necessary to meet with customers, attend trade shows and corporate events globally, and participate in sales engagements.
