Senior Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the deployment of RPA solutions utilizing UiPath.

• Create and develop automation workflows adhering to industry best practices.

• Work collaboratively with cross-departmental teams to collect requirements and insights.

• Ensure that solutions are designed to be scalable, maintainable, and efficient.

• Perform code reviews and offer constructive feedback to team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in delivering production-ready agentic automation on UiPath.

• Proficient in reasoning/decision-making and dynamic exception handling.

• Capable of managing inputs that are not explicitly scripted, including IXP and document intelligence.

• Skilled in document classification and extraction processes.

• Able to handle confidence thresholds for low-confidence outcomes.

• Validates essential fields (member ID, NPI, ICD-10) prior to execution.

• Develops resilient selectors that adapt to changes in portal UI.

• Implements retry and recovery mechanisms for slow, down, or logged-out sessions.

• Experienced in API authentication, error handling, and ensuring idempotency (no double-submit).

• Ensures accurate read/write operations to a system of record.

• Comfortable working with structured data sources such as Excel, databases, and worklists.

• Experienced in a regulated and compliance-sensitive environment (PHI/PII).

• Manages a workstream from start to finish with minimal guidance.

• Adapts flexibly across all three workstreams.

• Provides clear documentation and effective communication during demonstrations.

• Successfully passes a live technical screening and real code walkthrough.

• Hands-on experience with Quanum.

• Background in prior authorization, eligibility, claims, or revenue cycle management (RCM).

• A portfolio or recorded agentic demonstration.
