This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia.
• Assist in the growth and development of the software team.
• Lead a group of developers tasked with creating new environments and maintaining existing ones.
• Conduct thorough due diligence.
• Create software solutions by analyzing information needs, collaborating with users, examining system flows, data usage, and workflows, identifying problem areas, and adhering to the software development lifecycle.
• Assess operational feasibility by reviewing analyses, defining problems, identifying requirements, developing solutions, and evaluating proposed options.
• Document and present solutions by creating documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and writing clear code.
• Prepare and implement solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.
• Enhance operations by performing systems analysis and recommending modifications to policies and procedures.
• Capable of independently managing the end-to-end process.
• Evaluate initial customer demand and existing system architectures to deliver value to customers.
• Establish architecture rules and specifications.
• Create solutions for complex systems that provide excellent operability and a favorable price/performance ratio.
• Explore various options for meeting customer demands to identify the optimal solution considering effort, cost, time, and quality.
• Review scope reductions or alternative solutions if standard solutions do not meet customer requirements.
• Ensure adherence to established rules and plans.
• Work on the rapid deployment of showcases, pilots, and proofs of concept (PoCs).
• Design the integration of solutions and applications with existing systems.
• Provide consulting to customers regarding technical implementation to bridge gaps between business and technical requirements.
• Communicate effectively as a designer with developers, including coders and testers.
• Create solution and architecture documentation.
• Design test drivers, simulators, automation processes, logical test cases for test items, test infrastructure, release criteria, and test abort criteria.
• Implement solutions.
• Conduct lessons learned sessions.
• Master’s degree in Information Technologies.
• Certification - LSA and Product certification required in specific scenarios.
• IT Technical Skills: MS Office – Expert level.
• ITIL – Advanced level.
• Solution proposal – Expert level.
• Scrum – Expert level.
• Jira – Advanced level.
• SAFe – Advanced level.
• Product Expert – Expert level.
• Soft skills: Strong communication skills.
• Presentation skills.
