β€’ Discovering and pursuing new business opportunities within your designated territory and accounts, with an emphasis on enterprise-level clients and partners.

β€’ Gaining insights into your market and territory to effectively identify the needs, challenges, and industry trends of your customers and prospects. Utilizing this understanding to pinpoint potential leads within your area.

β€’ Identifying prospective partners who will integrate our products into their services. Cultivating, sustaining, and expanding these relationships over time, assisting partners in growing their businesses through our solutions.

β€’ Building and nurturing solid relationships with key stakeholders in prospects, customers, and partners, including C-level executives, IT directors, and procurement managers.

β€’ Overseeing the complete sales cycle from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating and securing deals.

β€’ Delivering compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations that highlight the value and advantages of Cincom’s software solutions.

β€’ Ensuring continued revenue growth within your designated territory.

β€’ Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights to customers and internal stakeholders.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A minimum of 7 years of experience in full-cycle software sales, particularly in Complex Manufacturing software and solutions such as CPQ, CRM, PLM, or ERP.

β€’ Proven experience in selling services as an essential component of solution offerings.

β€’ Strong consultative selling abilities, capable of understanding customer needs and positioning suitable solutions.

β€’ Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the capacity to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

β€’ Robust negotiation and closing abilities, with an emphasis on fostering long-term customer relationships.
