Senior Software Integration Engineer, ServiceNow

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Create new and enhance existing integrations across various platforms.

• Design, develop, and sustain integration workflows utilizing multiple platforms, APIs, databases, protocols, and data formats.

• Collaborate with fellow engineers to review code and ensure adherence to consistent technical standards.

• Generate and maintain technical documentation, including designs, sequence diagrams, and other documents related to systems integration.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1000 hours of hands-on development experience with integration technologies in the past year.

• At least 500 hours dedicated to ServiceNow (Glide-related) scripting, 1000 hours of JavaScript programming, or 1500 hours in any other Object-Oriented Language.

• A minimum of 500 hours focused on ETL Engineering/Development.

• At least 300 hours of experience in ITSM/Ticketing-System Integration/Development/Administration.

• A minimum of 100 hours spent writing automation scripts (PowerShell, Groovy, Bash, Python, or PHP).

• At least 3000 hours of hands-on development experience with integration technologies over the past 5 years.

• Expert knowledge of integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, ETL, XML, and JSON.

• Strong understanding of RDBMS (MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) database architecture and performance.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
