This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

• Collaborate closely with clients to comprehend technical needs and ensure accurate data collection.

• Develop a thorough understanding of clients’ system environments.

• Identify relevant data and partner with domain experts to facilitate smooth integration workflows.

• Conduct end-user training sessions.

• Offer technical assistance during software implementation and deployment processes.

• Produce and uphold installation guides, user manuals, and technical specifications.

• Work in conjunction with pre-sales teams, product leaders, engineering, and domain specialists to guarantee successful customer deployments.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related natural science discipline.

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in complex software implementation, data management, or a comparable field.

• Familiarity with large data sets and data integration tools.

• Advanced understanding of corporate software environments, such as PDM and ERP.

• Strong knowledge of database design and SQL.

• Practical experience with at least one programming language, including Java, Python, or C++.

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

• Proficiency with software tools and data manipulation and analysis.

• A creative thinker capable of approaching challenges with innovative solutions.

• A curiosity to discover disruptive rather than incremental solutions to complex data challenges.

• Must reside in and be legally authorized to work in the US, working East Coast hours.
