This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Focus on 1–2 enterprise customer accounts with a commitment to delivering significant impact through the following:
• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders and technical teams to comprehend the customer's current and future working processes, as well as their existing systems.
• Identify technical gaps, document the requirements, design effective solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with business units to grasp their needs and convert them into configuration and data specifications.
• Provide detailed assessments of current and future-state business processes to establish technical solutions and perform cost-benefit analyses.
• Conduct thorough demos of Dayshape for new and prospective customers, illustrating how the product can transform their business processes.
• Design and configure intricate workflows tailored to meet each customer's operational requirements.
• Manage large onsite User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions, handling issue trackers and tickets to guarantee timely resolutions, collaborating with the product team to translate enhancement requests.
• Prepare and deliver 'train the trainer' sessions for customers.
• Work with large, complex data sets.
• As a senior team member, you will:
• Provide technical guidance to the wider team.
• Identify areas for improvement in customer experiences and Dayshape's rollout methodology.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Assist in the creation of Statements of Work by contributing to the solutioning for Dayshape's implementation.
• Extensive experience in a comparable role involving consultative SaaS implementations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills — capable of breaking down complex business requirements, identifying practical solutions, and articulating these clearly to both business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Significant experience within large global enterprises, including accountancy, professional services firms, media agencies, or IT consultancies.
• Hands-on experience in configuring complex software solutions and designing integrations with CRM and ERP solutions — familiarity with ADF, JSON, SQL, and JavaScript will be advantageous.
• Excellent customer-facing skills; adept at winning hearts and minds and guiding stakeholders through intricate business changes.
• A consultative mindset with proven experience in delivering solutions that meet customer needs.
• Ability to contextualize pain points within a customer's business and effectively apply and configure Dayshape to drive meaningful efficiencies and improvements.
• A logical and analytical approach to problem-solving.
• Experience mentoring less experienced team members.
• Confidence to act as a Project Manager when required, keeping projects on track and stakeholders aligned.
• Comfortable working independently in a distributed team while traveling to customer sites as necessary.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to contribute from day one!
