Senior Software Engineering Analyst – Twilio Focus

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with diverse teams to identify, design, and implement new features.

• Prepare and facilitate technical refinement sessions for specifications provided by the product team.

• Ensure the health and quality of the codebase by balancing the introduction of new features with the resolution of technical debt.

• Maintain automated testing processes, including the creation of new tests.

• Mentor junior developers and assist in their professional growth.

• Convert designs into high-quality code.

• Maintain a critical focus on observability.

• Serve as the steward of the App Livelo release process.

• Engage in team ceremonies alongside fellow team members.

• Manage and enhance Twilio flows (Studio, Flex, Functions).

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with Twilio (including Twilio Flex, Twilio Studio, Twilio Functions, and Twilio integrations with WhatsApp).

• Proficiency in developing applications or front-end solutions using React Native and React.

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.

• Familiarity with Next.js, React Hooks, Styled Components, and Axios.

• Experience with Java 17+ (and familiarity with versions 11 and 8), Spring Boot, and Hibernate.

• Knowledge of Node.js and NestJS.

• Proficient in SQL and NoSQL databases.

• Familiarity with Git and code versioning systems.

• Experience with unit testing (Jest) and Test-Driven Development (TDD).

• Strong understanding of HTML and CSS.

• Knowledge of Microfrontend (MFE) architecture.

• Understanding of Clean Code principles, Clean Architecture, and modularization.

• Familiarity with memory management techniques.

• Knowledge of data persistence methods.

• Experience with Firebase (Remote Config).

• Adherence to best practices in coding, documentation, and the development of screens and components.

• Experience with agile methodologies.

• Familiarity with Selenium + Cucumber or a similar automated testing framework.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Eagerness to learn new technologies and embrace new challenges.

• Preferred: knowledge of Grafana and Dynatrace.

• Additional advantages: experience with AWS Cloud, Axway API Gateway or similar solutions, Jira, Node.js, and microservices architecture, observability tools such as Dynatrace, contract testing, and continuous integration for distributed APIs.
