📋 Description

• Create customer applications for Work Order management, scheduling, and dispatch utilizing ServiceNow TSM/OMT.

• Work closely with stakeholders to pinpoint essential functionalities within customized ServiceNow instances.

• Refine ServiceNow event rules as needed to guarantee proper CMDB binding.

• Engage with technical subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather environmental data that supports service mapping and event operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with TSM/OMT in ServiceNow.

• Ability to understand, communicate, and implement TSM/OMT solutions effectively.

• Capability to develop user interfaces tailored to various user audiences based on custom application models or Service Portals.

• Experience in developing integrated logic and functional components to interact with ServiceNow internal services and APIs using REST.

• Background in service-oriented and distributed application architecture within enterprises, encompassing web services, data access and persistence, and client/server models.

• Knowledge of both credential-less and credential-based discovery methods.

• Proficient in installing, configuring, and integrating ServiceNow TSM/OMT software products, emphasizing discovery, service mapping, certification management, Service Graph Connectors, and Multisource CMDB.

• Skilled in preventing duplicate Configuration Items (CIs) using CI identifiers.

• Ability to enhance Horizontal Discovery with custom Infrastructure Patterns and Application Patterns.

• Familiarity with configuring, managing, and maintaining MID servers.

• Competence in using command line console for Service Mapping.

• Experience in working with and migrating patterns across environments for Service Mapping.

• Expertise in configuring Identification Rules for Service Mapping.

• Knowledgeable in the discovery of multi-tier services, including advanced pattern configuration for Service Mapping.
