Senior Software Engineer – SDET

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of comprehensive quality engineering for enterprise applications.

• Design and uphold scalable, AI-enhanced automation frameworks for both web and API testing.

• Develop smart API, UI, integration, regression, and end-to-end test suites with adaptable test coverage.

• Automate the validation process for OAuth2/JWT and Azure AD authentication flows within pipelines.

• Conduct API, UI, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.

• Create robust UI automation featuring self-healing and AI-supported selectors.

• Generate database validation scripts and ensure backend data integrity.

• Incorporate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines utilizing GitHub Actions and Jenkins.

• Work collaboratively with developers and DevOps teams to guarantee release quality.

• Lead defect analytics, root cause analysis, and coverage optimization using AI technologies.

• Validate intricate workflows, integrations, and multi-tenant systems at scale.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience in the IT field.

• Proficient programming skills in Python or C# with a focus on automation-first design.

• Familiarity with Playwright and Selenium test frameworks.

• Experience utilizing AI-assisted coding tools for test creation.

• Background in API automation and security testing with REST and OAuth2/JWT.

• UI automation experience with Angular and Karma/Jasmine or similar modern frameworks.

• Experience with SQL Server and T-SQL validation.

• Knowledge of test reporting and observability using Allure and telemetry-driven quality insights.

• Experience testing multi-tenant applications.

• Proficiency in integrating GitHub Actions and Jenkins into pipelines.

• Familiarity with self-healing automation frameworks and AI-enabled tools.

• Understanding of the mortgage domain is a plus.
