Senior Software Engineer – Ruby on Rails

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Work closely with Product and Design teams to develop new features.

• Discover innovative and sophisticated solutions to intricate challenges.

• Engage in code reviews to establish a robust and maintainable codebase.

• Collaborate with Support and Professional Services teams to address customer inquiries.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of software development experience in Ruby on Rails or Java.

• Strong skills in object-oriented design and analysis.

• Experience in creating REST APIs and microservices.

• Solid grasp of commonly used design patterns.

• Familiarity with React.js (or a comparable JavaScript framework) and CSS.

• Experience with databases such as MySQL, along with a solid understanding of performance and optimization.

• Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools, including Claude Code.

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science Engineering or a related discipline.
