Senior Software Engineer – Remote

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Taking initiative in developing and redesigning/refactoring a product to meet the needs of customers and associates.

• Engaging in the selection, configuration, security, resilience, performance tuning, and production monitoring of products and tools.

• Providing mentorship to junior engineers.

• Collaborating with team members within agile methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-4 years of pertinent work experience.

• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and Javascript/Typescript frameworks.

• Knowledge of an object-oriented programming language, preferably Java.

• Familiarity with either Relational or noSQL database technologies.

• Understanding of cloud computing methodologies and CI/CD tools.

• Experience with contemporary software design patterns.

• Familiarity with security frameworks for user and service authorization and authentication.

• Expertise in creating and executing unit, functional, destructive, and performance tests.

• Knowledge of modern debugging and root cause analysis techniques.

• Experience with version control systems.
