⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in software engineering, proficient in at least one major programming language, and comfortable with databases and frontend web technologies.

• Practical experience in integrating AI agents into your workflow — along with a genuine passion for the future of AI in technology.

• A mature and methodical approach to building and maintaining systems, with a focus on scalability.

• Ability to navigate different technical layers and system concerns with ease.

• A proven history of constructing and refactoring complex systems, including distributed ones.

• A focus on outcomes rather than mere output — you seek to understand the significance of your work and its connection to real business and user impact.

• Bonus: experience in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, insurance, or similar) where compliance and data sensitivity are integral to daily operations.
