Senior Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead initiatives and contribute to the development of software systems within Alkami's Account Experience team.

• Oversee code and design reviews to facilitate efficient daily operations.

• Engage in the complete application lifecycle, emphasizing front-end coding, debugging, and UI performance.

• Create clean, reusable code for functional web applications in a multi-tenant SaaS setting.

• Conduct UI testing to enhance performance and improve user experience.

• Collaborate with developers, designers, and system administrators.

• Develop reusable component libraries and front-end frameworks.

• Offer mentorship and technical assistance to junior engineers.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience; or 3 years accompanied by an advanced degree.

• Over 5 years of experience in software development; or 3 years with an advanced degree.

• Comprehensive full-stack capability with a preference for front-end development — approximately 75% front-end / 25% back-end service-level tasks.

• Strong expertise in Vue.js (primary), with React or Angular also being acceptable.

• Proficient in C#/.NET for backend service-level coding.

• Familiarity with SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL.

• Thorough understanding of the complete software development lifecycle.

• Significant experience with REST API best practices.

• Background in developing and deploying applications on cloud-native infrastructure.
