This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Lead a diverse team of engineering professionals.
• Provide continuous feedback, support, and guidance to team members, assisting them in overcoming challenges and enhancing their skills.
• Plan and coordinate the assignment of tasks and responsibilities among team members, ensuring clarity regarding their roles and deadlines.
• Monitor task and project progress, making necessary adjustments to allocations and priorities to maintain schedule adherence.
• Ensure clear communication of all relevant information between the client and the team, including project requirements, feedback, deadlines, and any changes in scope.
• Team Management: Conduct team meetings to synchronize tasks, review progress, and address obstacles.
• Project Planning and Prioritization: Establish priorities and allocate resources in line with project objectives and timelines.
• Project Tracking: Oversee project progress to ensure adherence to schedule and budget.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain ongoing contact with clients and other departments to align expectations and provide status updates.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical and operational challenges that may arise during project execution.
• Team Development: Offer continuous feedback, identify training needs, and support the professional growth of team members.
• Continuous Improvement: Evaluate and enhance internal processes to boost the team’s efficiency and work quality.
• Experience in planning, organizing, and managing projects.
• Capability to manage schedules, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira or Trello.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Skilled in creating clear and concise reports and presentations.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with various departments and stakeholders.
