Senior Software Engineer – Rapid Development Team

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the design and development of platform capabilities and code fixes that empower AI agents to autonomously investigate and respond to security alerts.

• Advance investigation logic and pipelines for emerging types of security alerts while maintaining a balance between accuracy, performance, and maintainability.

• Review and assess AI investigations to pinpoint strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.

• Convert investigation insights into product enhancements.

• Collaborate with go-to-market and customer success teams regarding technical direction and feature prioritization.

• Ensure quality through automated testing, performance monitoring, and secure coding practices.

• Participate occasionally in a 24x7 on-call rotation.

• Document investigation processes, establish integrations with security tools, and address bugs.

• Work alongside customer-facing teams to resolve customer pain points and limitations in security tooling.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in designing, building, and maintaining security-oriented software products or large-scale security tools.

• Strong programming skills in Python, with a capacity to produce clean, maintainable, production-level code.

• Proficient in AI coding tools and agentic workflows.

• Experience collaborating with clients to deliver solutions that align with long-term product goals and maintainability.

• Expertise in integrating with and building upon security platforms, including SIEMs, SOAR, EDR, and cloud security services.

• Thorough understanding of current security operations practices, detection engineering, and prevalent attack methods and vulnerabilities.

• Proven ability to lead feature development from vague problem definitions through design, implementation, testing, and deployment.

• Capability to balance quick delivery with long-term maintainability.
