Senior Software Engineer – Python, React, AWS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Write code to implement product features utilizing Python/React.

• System Design & Task Decomposition: Deconstruct high-level product objectives into clearly defined, modular engineering tasks suitable for team execution.

• Code Review & Validation: Perform comprehensive evaluations of both human-written and AI-generated code, ensuring quality, security, scalability, and compliance with domain standards.

• Architectural Oversight: Guarantee that design plans produced by human engineers and AI tools conform to architectural guidelines, emphasizing modularity and bounded contexts.

• AI-Integrated Development Lifecycle: Create and enhance CICD pipelines that integrate AI agents, automated testing, and intelligent code review processes.

• AI-Oriented Prompt Engineering: Develop and evaluate structured instructions, prompts, and specifications to ensure accurate, contextually relevant outputs from AI agents.

• Documentation and Domain Clarity: Aid in the creation of domain models, technical documentation, and internal knowledge bases to enhance AI performance and team operations.

• Participate in an on-call rotation (DevOps philosophy) and respond swiftly to any production issues for rapid resolution.

• Collaborate with teammates to help them tackle complex problems or navigate design and architectural challenges. Be accessible and responsive.

• Write secure code while preventing the introduction of OWASP vulnerabilities. Understand how APIs are secured, sessions are managed, and data is validated correctly.

• Mentor peers and cultivate a positive engineering culture rooted in trust, accountability, integrity, and transparency.

• Seek feedback and provide constructive criticism (e.g., during code reviews) in a thoughtful and empathetic manner; uplift others and mentor without ego.

⛳️ Requirements

• Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with a preference for engineering, data science, computer science, or information systems.

• Possess at least 5 years of software engineering experience in developing SaaS applications.

• Experience in building applications using AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Devin.ai, or Codex.

• Relevant expertise in our technology stack: Python, React, AWS.
