Senior Software Engineer – Product Engineer, AI-First, Full Cycle

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Convert business requirements, even if not fully structured, into scalable technical solutions.

• Write clean, efficient, and testable code, utilizing AI as a tool in the development process.

• Work closely with the Product Owner and Tech Lead to define and refine project requirements.

• Create prototypes and MVPs for the swift validation of business hypotheses.

• Ensure comprehensive delivery: from technical design through to deployment and monitoring.

• Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain code quality, security, and reliability.

• Clearly and concisely document technical and architectural decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in software development (at least 2 years).

• Proficient in at least one of the following technology stacks: JavaScript (NestJS, Next.js, Nuxt), Python, PHP (Laravel), C# (.NET), Dart (Flutter).

• Strong understanding of data structures and databases.

• Experience with complex queries and data analysis.

• Practical experience utilizing AI tools in development (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor).

• Ability to critically assess AI-generated code, identifying logical and security vulnerabilities.

• Familiarity with startups or fast-paced environments is advantageous.

• Knowledge of Design Systems and tools like Figma is a plus.

• Experience collaborating with Growth teams or in metrics-driven development.
