This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Spearhead the implementation of advanced AI models and applications utilizing cutting-edge tools and platforms.
• Architect and develop AI solutions that specifically leverage the capabilities of LLMs.
• Collaborate with industry-standard LLM APIs to integrate innovative AI functionalities into larger applications, drawing from your expertise with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
• Construct models that enhance business outcomes and make iterative enhancements based on data-driven insights.
• Guarantee that deployed models perform at optimal efficiency, necessitating a proactive approach to performance monitoring and adjustments.
• Implement models within an Agile development framework, demonstrating flexibility, rapid iteration, and a dedication to continuous improvement. Proactively engage with the Applied AI team and cross-functionally with other development teams, as well as product and business stakeholders, to refine ideas, resolve challenges, and achieve common objectives.
• Over 5 years of experience in deploying AI models with a proven business impact.
• Established history of designing, deploying, and managing comprehensive AI solutions, particularly focusing on Generative AI, prompt engineering techniques, and fine-tuning.
• Extensive expertise in utilizing tools for Generative AI interaction (OpenAI, Bedrock, Huggingface TGI, Ollama, langchain, llamaindex).
• Proficient in machine learning tools (e.g., AWS SageMaker, PyTorch, Hugging Face).
• General experience with cloud ML platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), especially their ML services (Sagemaker and Azure ML).
• Proven success in monitoring model performance post-deployment, with the ability to connect AI solutions to measurable business impacts.
• Strong ability to collaborate across teams, effectively working with stakeholders from various functional areas to deploy AI solutions that address broader business needs.
• A natural problem-solver, adept at navigating uncertainty and making decisions in complex environments.
• A lifelong learner, continuously striving to stay informed about new technologies and methodologies in the rapidly changing AI landscape.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, demonstrating effectiveness in a fast-paced, iterative development setting.
• BA/BS in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
