AI-Native Product Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take complete ownership of product challenges from initial discovery through to production.

• Gain insights into user issues, workflows, and limitations.

• Design and implement fullstack features, encompassing UI, backend, database, APIs, and integrations.

• Deliver quickly, engage with users for testing, and refine based on their feedback.

• Prioritize product quality, user experience, performance, reliability, security, and maintainability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient fullstack engineering capabilities, preferably with TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, and Postgres.

• Experience in building and launching real products from start to finish.

• Ability to progress from problem identification to a functional product without the need for detailed specifications.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and engaging in rapid iterations.

• Exhibit a deep understanding of user experience, extending beyond mere implementation.

• Value clean architecture, effective abstractions, and production reliability.

• Comprehend the construction of modern AI products beyond basic prompting.

• Possess strong product judgment and the capability to question unclear requirements.

• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Highly self-motivated and take initiative without waiting for direction.
