Enterprise AI Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearheading the strategy for enterprise AI adoption, governance, and operational implementation across both corporate and operational settings.

• Evaluating existing AI utilization and capabilities.

• Identifying immediate opportunities and areas for improvement.

• Crafting phased strategies for AI integration, investment, governance, and organizational support.

• Collaborating with software engineering, IT, cybersecurity, executive leadership, and operational teams to ensure the secure and effective deployment of AI-enabled technologies and workflows.

• Assessing enterprise AI platforms and tools.

• Establishing governance and operational frameworks.

• Aligning the priorities of various stakeholders.

• Promoting AI-enabled software engineering and workflow modernization initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.

• Over 10 years of experience in software engineering, enterprise architecture, technical leadership, or enterprise technology modernization, including 3 years in a managerial role.

• Proven experience in driving enterprise technology transformation or modernization projects.

• In-depth knowledge of contemporary software development methodologies, enterprise architecture, and enterprise technology operations.

• Experience in evaluating, implementing, or operationalizing AI-enabled technologies within enterprise settings.

• Background in software engineering acceleration, CI/CD modernization, workflow automation, or developer productivity tools.

• Familiarity with secure enterprise AI deployment, governance, cybersecurity, and compliance issues.

• Excellent executive communication and presentation abilities.

• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and fostering consensus among technical and business stakeholders.

• Capability to translate emerging technologies into actionable operational and business results.

• Experience with enterprise generative AI platforms and AI-assisted software engineering processes.

• Ability to function effectively in engineering-driven organizations.

• Must possess a CompTIA Security+ certification or be able to obtain it within 90 days of employment.
