Agentic AI Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Take the lead and promote best practices for data capture and retention.

• Develop and utilize models, inferential statistics, and prescriptive analysis to proactively address business challenges by answering the questions, “What will happen and what actions should we take?”

• Frequently tackle large, intricate problems that tend to have significant implications and occur less often.

• Propose solutions grounded in a comprehensive understanding of the context, connections, and conclusions.

• Evaluate deliverables and mentor others on their approach and work products.

• Collaborate with data stewards and foresee the needs for processes and procedures.

• Implement continuous enhancements to data procedures, focusing on data efficiency.

• Suggest the most suitable analysis methods depending on the situation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s degree (or its equivalent) in statistics, mathematics, economics, financial engineering, data sciences, predictive modeling, or related quantitative fields, along with at least 5 years of relevant experience; or a Bachelor’s degree (or its equivalent) in the same fields with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.

• Knowledge of best practices for data capture and retention.

• Awareness of the pros and cons of various competing analysis methods.

• Experience in leading efforts by collaborating with others to foresee and understand procedural needs.

• Expertise in leading information practices, policies, and procedures.

• Ability to establish standards and expectations for data analysis tools and techniques, ensuring compliance with applications.

• Advocate for enhanced efficiency in data analysis by promoting clearer data requirements.

• Proficient in the advanced Microsoft Office Suite.

• Experience with SQL/NoSQL relational data structures.

• Skilled in selecting and retrieving data, including unstructured data retrieval, archival, and ETL databases.

• Advanced proficiency in Python/R/SAS.

• Capable of efficient coding.

• Ability to create robust code controls and translate code into high-level commentary.

• Understanding of and capacity to leverage cloud-based and distributed computing.
