AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• The AI Engineer will oversee the comprehensive development and deployment of AI-driven data products utilizing machine learning on extensive data sets.

• Accountable for the design, assessment, and production implementation of models.

• Offer technical expertise to cross-functional teams.

• Cultivate an understanding of Stride’s business goals, leveraging AI to enhance student retention and academic success.

• Propel the development of production-level AI products that are directly connected to actionable business strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline AND six (6) years of relevant experience; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Practical experience with contemporary ML libraries (e.g., Python-based frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).

• Expertise in AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.

• Capability to design, implement, and sustain robust ML pipelines.

• Keen attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.

• Strong analytical abilities.

• A solid customer service mindset.

• Professional integrity essential for maintaining confidentiality.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
