Senior Software Engineer – Privileged Access Management, IAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain scalable, highly available microservices utilizing C#, .NET Core, Go, and TypeScript through gRPC and the ABP framework.

• Architect and implement enterprise-grade PAM/IDAM solutions leveraging tools such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, and HashiCorp Vault.

• Uphold Zero Trust principles, ensure Least Privilege access, and facilitate SCIM protocol integrations.

• Oversee end-to-end continuous delivery by employing Origin CI, Kargo, and WoK.

• Execute unit, functional, and Playwright E2E test suites, along with Performance, Scalability, and Reliability testing.

• Advocate for the BMAD framework to govern and structure AI-assisted workflows utilizing Cursor, Claude Code, and GitHub Copilot.

• Guide engineers, perform RFC reviews, and create shared team skill libraries.

• Develop cross-platform services and native desktop applications for macOS, Windows, and Linux.

• Implement telemetry, logging, and tracing across microservices to track system health and minimize latency.

• Ensure adherence to strict SLA/SLO compliance.

• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Infrastructure teams to manage technical debt, refactor legacy components, and define engineering best practices throughout Agile sprints.

• Engage in incident management, contribute to PIRs, and take responsibility for swift incident resolution.

• Participate in designated on-call shifts.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of practical software engineering experience.

• Demonstrated leadership as a Lead Architect or Senior Staff Engineer in a contemporary product setting.

• In-depth expertise in C#, .NET (ASP.NET Core / ABP Framework), Go, gRPC, and RESTful APIs.

• Advanced skills with relational databases, including PostgreSQL and SQL Server.

• Proficient in NoSQL architectures, particularly DocumentDB.

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS.

• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.

• Experience in constructing custom CI/CD automation pipelines.

• Proficient with automated testing frameworks, especially Playwright for E2E automation.

• Experience with dedicated load/stress testing tools.

• Direct experience in establishing spec-driven AI development workflows within production teams.

• Fluent in spoken and written English.

• Must reside in and be authorized to work in India.
