This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Dakota.
• Responsible for the development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of software.

• Relates comfortably and openly with diverse groups of individuals.
• Mentors junior engineers by offering guidance on contemporary software development frameworks and leading technical discussions.
• Must be at least eighteen years old.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Experience with Workday Payroll or similar payroll/HCM systems, including system configuration and optimization of business processes.
• Familiarity with utilizing AI, automation, or intelligent workflow solutions to enhance processes and data quality.
• Technical mindset with experience in software development, integrations, APIs, or AI-driven tools.
• Capability to collaborate with stakeholders, tackle complex problems, and foster innovation through emerging technologies.
• 2-4 years of pertinent work experience.
• Proficient in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and Javascript/Typescript frameworks, along with an object-oriented programming language (preferably Java), relational or noSQL database technology, cloud computing techniques, CI/CD tools, and modern software design patterns.
• Knowledge of security frameworks for user and service authorization and authentication.
• Experience in creating and executing unit, functional, destructive, and performance tests.
• Familiarity with contemporary debugging and root cause analysis techniques.
• Experience with version control systems.
