Senior Software Engineer – Node, React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and version high-quality web and mobile applications.

• Collaborate with product teams to grasp feature requirements and convert them into technical solutions.

• Take responsibility for a segment of the application, ensuring its delivery, production-level quality, and effective presentation to stakeholders.

• Recognize product and user needs to prioritize business value and functionality.

• Ensure that the application satisfies all security and scalability requirements.

• Produce clean and scalable code.

• Participate in code reviews, offering constructive feedback and mentoring junior engineers.

• Over 5 years of experience in developing web solutions using Node and React.

• Proficient in Javascript/Typescript.

• Strong emphasis on code quality.

• Eagerness to learn new technologies and integrate AI into your workflow.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Initiative and the ability to make a significant impact.

• Driven with a strong work ethic, demonstrating commitment.

• Capability to work effectively in a team environment while adhering to Agile methodologies.

• Proficient in English.

• Experience with Python is advantageous but not mandatory.
