Senior Software Engineer – .Net/Angular

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Facilitate effective communication with project stakeholders to provide updates and recommendations regarding project status.

• Develop client code that is not only efficient but also high-performing, testable, scalable, secure, and of the utmost quality.

• Actively engage in precise planning and estimation efforts, employing appropriate project methodologies and tools.

• Skillfully gather requirements and organize/present developed features to clients.

• Implement complex tasks within the existing methodology and quality standards, showcasing success across a variety of engagements.

• Foster client success by collaborating with engineers, designers, and managers to identify user pain points, foresee potential issues, and iterate on solutions that enhance client outcomes.

• Participate in agile software development processes, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, team retrospectives, and other governance activities.

• Contribute to the Engineering Practice community by mentoring others through Communities of Practice (CoPs) or project teams, and by supporting the enhancement of technical capabilities.

• Independently drive project delivery within established architecture, demonstrating autonomy and accountability throughout all phases from conceptualization to deployment.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience/expertise in .NET, AZURE, and Angular.

• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.

• Proficient in applying Object-Oriented Programming principles such as abstraction and encapsulation.

• Experience with C# and Winforms.

• Knowledge of Access and OLEDB.

• Proven experience in creating and implementing well-tested, scalable, and high-performing enterprise-level systems.

• A proactive approach in mentoring other engineers and decision-makers across the organization.

• Solid understanding of SOLID principles.

• Familiarity with OWASP standards.

• Proficiency in the English language.
