Senior Software Engineer – Microsoft Dynamics, Power Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, configure, and provide support for enterprise contact center solutions utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Dynamics 365 Contact Center, Power Platform, Copilot, and other related technologies.

• Create IVA conversation flows to enhance customer self-service options.

• Set up IVR routing logic and call-handling functionalities.

• Develop Power Automate workflows to aid case management processes.

• Construct Dataverse extensions, plugins, and custom APIs.

• Configure routing and queue management within Dynamics 365 Contact Center.

• Build integrations with enterprise systems through Azure services.

• Design Copilot experiences and devise prompt orchestration strategies.

• Review pull requests and guide engineering team members.

• Draft technical specifications, solution diagrams, and integration designs.

• Engage in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and backlog refinement.

• Address production incidents and troubleshoot platform-related issues.

• Collaborate with business partners to collect requirements and outline solutions.

• Evaluate contact center performance metrics and pinpoint optimization opportunities.

• Partner with architects to enhance scalability, security, and maintainability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience through a combination of education and related work experience.

• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience.

• At least 3 years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics or Power Platform solutions.

• Proficient with Power Platform.

• Familiarity with Power Automate.

• Experience in C#.

• Knowledge of .Net.

• Proficient in REST APIs.

• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Familiarity with JSON.

• Background in supporting production business-critical applications.

• Experience in troubleshooting application defects and production incidents.

• Preferred experience with Dynamics Customer Service or Dynamics Contact Center.

• Preferred familiarity with AI-Assisted Development Tools.

• Experience with IVA & IVR is preferred.
