• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a software engineer, consistently delivering complex, high-quality projects on time.

• Proven track record of excelling in cross-functional and cross-regional collaboration roles.

• In-depth knowledge of data structures, algorithms, modern design patterns, and data architecture.

• Advanced understanding of distributed systems and the design principles behind high-scale, high-availability services.

• Demonstrated success in executing impactful, large-scale projects involving PII and banking information, with an emphasis on security and compliance.

• Proficiency in Mandarin is essential for effective communication with overseas teams.

• Outstanding communication skills, with a knack for providing clarity and insight in collaborative projects.
