This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Comprehensive Delivery: Develop, configure, and enhance applications on the Unqork platform, taking ownership of feature delivery from technical design through to a successful launch. Identify opportunities and create solutions that enhance customer adoption.
• Client Engagement & Stakeholder Relations: Act as the primary technical contact for client stakeholders during US business hours. Navigate dynamics with professionalism, managing expectations and communicating effectively with senior client leadership.
• Architectural Collaboration: Work closely with the Architect to execute designs and architectural decisions, proactively escalating risks or blockers while ensuring solutions are consistent with scalable BFF (Backend-for-Frontend)/proxy architectures.
• Global Team Coordination: Collaborate with distributed offshore development team members across various time zones, providing essential context, guidance, and comprehensive code/configuration reviews.
• Agile Participation & Documentation: Actively engage in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning. Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials to guarantee long-term project sustainability.
• Availability to work during standard US business hours.
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
• A minimum of 5-7 years of overall technical experience, necessitating a robust hybrid background.
• Over 3 years of hands-on experience specifically with Unqork projects.
• Unqork Certification is mandatory.
• Demonstrated experience with Dynamic Refresh, Data storage in session or browser, User data storage post lazy load, API Integration, SendGrid, DocuSign integration, SFTP integration, and SSO.
• Strong understanding of REST API integration patterns, along with solid Frontend/HTML/CSS knowledge (including Media Queries).
• High proficiency in English required for interaction with a globally-distributed development team.
• Ability to communicate clearly and understandably with clients, articulating architectural details using the appropriate level of technical language.
• Natural leader with critical thinking and strong decision-making abilities.
• Extensive knowledge of SDLC processes and familiarity with actionable metrics and KPIs.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the use of tools like Jira.
• Exhibit mentorship and thought leadership to engineers and decision-makers throughout the organization.
