Senior Software Engineer – Latin America

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Engage actively in every stage of the software development lifecycle, focusing on creating high-quality and stable software that meets customer, business, and technical specifications.

• Collaborate with product and machine learning teams to formulate and implement a clear technical strategy that enables ReflexAI to rapidly scale its platform.

• Work in close partnership with your Engineering Manager to define scope and prioritize tasks, ensuring we achieve our most significant goals.

• Lead initiatives to enhance the overall health of systems and processes throughout the Product Engineering organization and within your specific functional area.

• Participate in and contribute to all agile team rituals, including sprint planning, retrospectives, standups, and backlog refinement.

• Promote a culture of collaboration by engaging in pair programming and conducting code reviews.

• Undertake additional tasks, duties, or special projects as assigned.

• Deliver solutions that align with our core values of fairness, quality, and trust in all aspects of your work.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in companies of varying sizes and industries.

• Proven experience in building full-stack web applications from start to finish, with the ability to articulate the function of each component.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities across various modes, including both written documentation and live discussions.

• Open-mindedness, as evidenced by the capacity to consider differing viewpoints, adjust opinions based on new information, and a continual eagerness to learn.

• Capability to explain and present technical concepts to a diverse range of stakeholders, including both technical experts and broader audiences.
