This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Collaborate effectively within a team to create scalable and secure software that manages substantial data volumes and supports essential applications.
• Spearhead the design and implementation of new features and products, ensuring timely delivery and follow-up.
• Define the architecture of applications.
• Develop solutions that streamline processes and enhance the productivity of the customer experience.
• Plan, estimate, and assess the impacts and risks associated with application modifications.
• Set and track quality and performance metrics for the applications developed.
• Engage with various departments within the organization and collaborate with highly skilled business teams in a dynamic environment that encourages professional development.
• Take part in feedback sessions, share perspectives, and contribute to career planning with guidance from seasoned professionals.
• Work alongside the security team to ensure the platform’s reliability.
• Aid in the advancement of the team’s technical processes, including practices like Dojo and Pair Programming.
• Commit to continuous learning and career advancement with support from more experienced colleagues.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Proficient understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with version control systems.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices.
• Strong knowledge of API modeling, documentation, and implementation.
• Experience in modeling and integrating relational and non-relational databases.
• Background in distributed, resilient, scalable, and high-performance architectures.
• Experience with Message Brokers and Streaming technologies.
• Understanding of distributed batch processes.
• Experience with software quality best practices, including automated testing, security, monitoring, and documentation.
• Preferred:
• Experience in developing microservices.
• Familiarity with Cloud Computing, particularly AWS.
• Experience with agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
• Knowledge of DevOps methodologies.
• Familiarity with Apache Spark and Apache Hadoop.
