Senior Software Engineer – ITAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Software Engineers.

• Develop professional services projects tailored for customers.

• Implement and create customizations based on both functional and technical specifications.

• Utilize best practices and internal coding standards for large-scale, complex professional services projects.

• Conduct advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for issues on the ServiceNow platform.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ITSM, HAM, SAM integrations, portal, and other ServiceNow modules.

• Support and maintain various ServiceNow modules.

• Manage and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and end users to deliver effective ServiceNow solutions.

• Engage in platform upgrades, cloning, patching, and initiatives aimed at performance optimization.

• Document technical solutions, workflows, and resolutions to issues.

• Execute deployment tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with ServiceNow SAM/HAM.

• Proficient in advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis of issues within the ServiceNow platform.

• Familiarity with troubleshooting ITSM, HAM, SAM integrations, portal, and ServiceNow modules.

• Proven experience in supporting and maintaining ServiceNow modules.

• Experience managing and maintaining integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.

• Strong ability to collaborate with stakeholders and end users to gather and understand requirements.

• Knowledge of platform upgrades, cloning, patching, and performance optimization practices.

• Commitment to adhering to ServiceNow development and configuration best practices.

• Proficient technical documentation skills.

• Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.

• Certified Application Developer (CAD) or CIS - ITSM certification.
