Senior Software Engineer II, AI Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance essential capabilities of the core AI platform.

• Create and implement shared execution patterns, APIs, and services.

• Build dependable and scalable backend systems.

• Engage in hands-on work across the entire technology stack.

• Collaborate effectively with AI engineers, data scientists, product partners, and sales operators.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of professional experience in software engineering (excluding internships or contract positions).

• Practical experience in building and managing GenAI-powered systems in a production environment.

• Proficiency in designing or implementing GenAI workflows.

• Demonstrated experience in the design and implementation of distributed systems.

• Strong skills in backend programming languages (such as Python, Java, Go, or similar).

• Expertise in Python and GenAI frameworks (including LangChain, OpenAI SDK, MCP, etc.).

• Understanding of GenAI quality and safety considerations.

• Strong product intuition and ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional settings.

• Must be located in and authorized to work in the United States (this is a fully remote position).
