This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Design and develop platform-level testing infrastructure for iOS and Android that operates continuously, scales automatically, and highlights signals without manual intervention.
β’ Implement AI-driven failure classification to minimize noise, prioritize signals, and reduce time-to-resolution for test failures across mobile suites.
β’ Collaborate with the AI Native platform team to deliver innovative skills that automate various categories of manual engineering tasks.
β’ Create and sustain in-app instrumentation that tracks mobile performance, quality signals, and test execution telemetry.
β’ Develop data pipelines that channel quality signals into dashboards, alert mechanisms, and AI analysis layers, granting the organization real-time insights into test health and application quality.
β’ Oversee the infrastructure utilized to establish baselines, monitor, and troubleshoot mobile API behavior in continuous integration.
β’ Work together with Mobile, Backend, and Release Engineering teams to integrate AI-native quality practices throughout the development lifecycle β from conception to production.
β’ Assist in the design and implementation of agentic quality automation: systems that respond to quality signals instead of merely reporting them.
β’ Enhance the podβs AI-native capabilities β documenting successful strategies, refining shared workflows, and guiding others in effectively directing AI.
β’ A proven history of delivering complex, production-ready software outcomes.
β’ Authentic proficiency in directing AI agents: you decompose, delegate, and validate tasks at a level that yields superior output compared to traditional manual engineering.
β’ Ability to work seamlessly across the entire stack β mobile instrumentation, backend pipelines, CI/CD systems, and developer tools β without restricting yourself to a single domain or awaiting ownership of a layer. AI bridges skill gaps; you supply the judgment.
β’ Capacity to make swift, sound decisions in ambiguous situations and to differentiate between reversible decisions (proceed) and irreversible ones (exercise caution).
β’ Discerning judgment regarding AI-generated outputs β you recognize quality standards, identify what may be locally correct yet globally fragile, and maintain a consistent quality threshold regardless of the production method.
β’ Skill in articulating problems with clarity β your prompts, specifications, and plans are comprehensible enough for AI to act upon without constant revisions.
β’ Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol), LLM tool utilization, or agent orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, AWS Bedrock Agents, etc.).
β’ Clear and direct communication with engineers, product teams, and stakeholders throughout the organization.
β’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
