This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Act as a reliable technical advisor and champion for the developer ecosystem in computer-aided drug discovery, fostering the adoption of NVIDIA technologies alongside cross-functional teams.
• Enhance essential workloads by providing innovative solutions that incorporate the NVIDIA stack into developer products, platforms, and workflows.
• Partner with software collaborators to optimize applications, co-create roadmaps, and supply enablement resources such as sample code, guides, and demo pipelines.
• Serve as a strategic link in alliances, fortifying partnerships, establishing objectives, and steering execution toward mutual scientific and technical results.
• Facilitate the onboarding of partners and startups into NVIDIA programs, promoting co-innovation and the development of next-generation solutions.
• Monitor and analyze the developer ecosystem to identify growth opportunities, advise on roadmaps, and formulate adoption strategies.
• Collaborate across functions with engineering, product, solutions architecture, and marketing to enhance developer engagement and partner success.
• Interact with technical stakeholders to address challenges, advocate for best practices, and convey partner feedback to shape NVIDIA product and engineering roadmaps.
• Master’s or Ph.D. degree in computational chemistry, computational biology, computer science, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• At least 8–10 years of professional experience in the drug discovery or technology sectors, encompassing developer relations, technical partnerships, and alliance management.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience overseeing scientific alliances and collaborative initiatives in drug discovery—spanning computer-aided drug discovery, informatics, agentic agents, and other digital research workflows.
• Demonstrated experience in leading, partnering, and expanding developer programs at major technology firms, life science data platform ISVs, or within relevant industries.
• Substantial expertise in drug discovery programs and platforms, high-performance computing, cloud technologies, AI/ML, and/or specialized frameworks and libraries.
• Exceptional interpersonal abilities with the capacity to simplify complex technical concepts for a variety of audiences, from engineers to executives.
• Experience in spearheading technical collaborations with engineering and product teams, including architectural design, code reviews, technical mentorship, and delivering technical presentations or workshops.
• Proven track record in structuring and executing complex technical engagements, negotiating requirements, prioritizing issues, and collaborating with internal or external partners (across sales, legal, product, or marketing teams as necessary).
