This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the comprehensive developer education strategy by creating structured learning paths that ensure production readiness.
• Create high-quality technical learning experiences, which include tutorials, structured courses, demonstrations, and code samples.
• Ensure a consistent flow of content across various formats, such as written documentation, video content, and interactive modules.
• Develop functional applications and templates that act as both educational tools and reusable assets for developers.
• Facilitate technical workshops, webinars, and live coding sessions to engage developers of varying skill levels.
• Identify, monitor, and analyze education-related metrics—like completion rates, activation, and progression to mainnet—to refine the educational strategy.
• Work collaboratively across engineering, product, marketing, and community teams to align educational initiatives with broader ecosystem goals.
• **Technical Proficiency:** Solid hands-on engineering experience with JavaScript, Python, and/or Java, including the capability to develop and deliver functional applications.
• **Instructional Design:** Established experience in designing structured technical learning programs, such as certifications, learning paths, or comprehensive courses.
• **Communication:** Outstanding ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear, engaging, and accessible manner for learning experiences.
• **Content Delivery:** Proven success in delivering technical content in both written and video formats.
• **Ownership:** A strong sense of autonomy and the capability to set direction in a fast-paced, distributed environment.
• **Data Literacy:** Skilled at utilizing data, including completion rates and engagement metrics, to guide and enhance content strategy.
• **Advocacy:** Experience in engaging developer communities through workshops, hackathons, or live sessions.
• **Preferred Qualifications:** Familiarity with Web3/EVM ecosystems (Smart Contracts, Solidity, Hardhat, Foundry, ethers.js), understanding of concepts, or experience with AI-assisted developer productivity tools.
