Senior Software Engineer – Fullstack

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Execute modernization projects at a speed that exceeds expectations.

• Create reusable playbooks that the team can effectively utilize.

• Upgrade legacy services to the latest .NET version (LTS where applicable).

• Advocate for a comprehensive API-layer architecture.

• Engage with SQL Server: focusing on query performance, indexing, and transactional integrity.

• Prioritize security and privacy in all development processes.

• Conduct thorough code reviews, engage in candid architectural discussions, and elevate standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in developing and delivering production systems.

• Familiarity with C# and modern .NET technologies (Core and later).

• Proficient in SQL Server - including schema design, query optimization, and performance analysis.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure and/or AWS.

• Background in API design.

• Regularly utilize AI coding tools in your daily workflow, such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or similar.

• Have experience using agents for multi-file refactoring, migrations, test generation, and review processes.

• Possess well-formed opinions regarding effective practices and potential pitfalls.
