Senior Software Engineer, AI Productivity

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and manage AI-driven services and internal applications.

• Create robust back-end services utilizing programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java.

• Oversee projects from inception to completion, encompassing requirements gathering, technical design, implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring, and continuous enhancements.

• Collaborate with Developer Platform, ML Platform, Security, and Legal teams to ensure the responsible and compliant use of AI technologies.

• Establish and monitor success metrics while conducting experiments and A/B testing.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software engineering focused on building and operating production-level services.

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with one or more of the following languages: Python, Go, or Java.

• Over 2 years of experience in integrating Machine Learning or Large Language Model capabilities into applications.

• Practical knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS or GCP), containers (Docker), and orchestration tools (Kubernetes).

• Strong skills in SQL and data modeling, with experience in developing or maintaining data pipelines.

• Proven track record of owning services end-to-end, including CI/CD processes, automated testing, observability, and engaging in an on-call rotation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
