This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Offer technical leadership, training, process enhancement, and consulting for Professional Services personnel in the Student module domain.
• Deliver technical and functional consulting/problem-solving for Jenzabar One clients.
• Conduct in-depth analyses to address Student-related challenges (e.g., repeats, advising trees, ARCs, etc.).
• Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational capabilities.
• Execute assigned project tasks with minimal oversight.
• Adhere to established methodologies to fulfill project deliverables for all designated tasks.
• Collaborate proactively and cooperatively in a team setting to achieve project deliverables within specified timelines.
• Relay information clearly, accurately, and promptly to project team members.
• Partner with Professional Services and the Project Management Office to resolve and support complex issues.
• Offer coaching and technical training in data validation, reporting, and understanding the flow of data through the student and finance modules.
• Maintain and disseminate a repository of process and training documentation.
• Comprehend the customer business processes related to the solution.
• Identify potential solutions to business challenges to ensure the best option is chosen for the client within project scope.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools and analytics to enhance decision-making, boost efficiency, and drive measurable business outcomes when suitable.
• Exercise sound judgment and uphold ethical standards when utilizing AI, ensuring accuracy, data privacy, and responsible human oversight.
• BS or BA degree, or equivalent experience.
• Over 5 years of experience (at least 4 years in Higher Education).
• Familiarity with Jenzabar’s J1 Student Information System/ERP, with specific experience in Student areas such as Admissions, Registrar, Advising, and Student Life.
• Experience across various higher-end functions or offices.
• Advanced SQL programming capabilities.
• Ability to perform effectively and thrive in a fast-paced/high-stress environment.
• Prior experience in training delivery is preferred.
• Comfortable with evolving and rapidly changing technology.
• Capacity to translate complex technical concepts to functional end users.
• Required software troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven effective listening abilities.
• Demonstrated experience in conducting presentations, one-on-one and/or on-the-job training, classroom training, and/or online/webcast training.
• Exceptional presentation and training skills.
• Proven effective listening skills.
• Must possess the ability to communicate effectively with others and work well in a team environment.
