Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Designing, constructing, and maintaining backend services, databases, and caching layers that directly support our frontend functionalities and internal developer tools.

• Taking responsibility for GitHub Actions and the internal full-stack tools (NodeJS/Golang) that drive our builds, testing, and deployment processes.

• Leading the architecture and backend integrations for our NX monorepo to ensure optimal scalability as our codebase expands.

• Recognizing bottlenecks in the development workflow and implementing backend-driven solutions to decrease build times, enhance data flow, and refine testing infrastructure.

• Assisting with the build, release, and backend API requirements for our Electron-based desktop application.

• Collaborating with Developer Experience, SRE, and Test Infrastructure teams to create a smooth continuous delivery pipeline.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–9 years of professional engineering experience as a full-stack or backend engineer, emphasizing the development of API services, distributed architecture, and operational infrastructure.

• Practical experience in designing and managing databases (both relational and NoSQL) and implementing caching solutions (e.g., Redis, Memcached) to create highly efficient internal systems.

• Expertise in developing scalable backends using TypeScript/NodeJS, along with professional experience or a strong eagerness to work extensively with Golang.

• Sufficient hands-on experience with frontend build tools and package managers (e.g., NX, Vite, Webpack, Node/Bun, NPM/PNPM/Yarn) to understand the exact support your backend services provide.

• Comprehensive knowledge of continuous delivery principles and associated tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar tools).

• A demonstrated history of enhancing developer productivity, feedback loops, or CI/CD reliability through considerate backend systems engineering.
