Senior Software Engineer, Frontend

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering leaders to create exceptional user experiences for both workers and businesses.

• Spearhead frontend projects from initial design through to implementation, launch, and subsequent iterations.

• Develop and sustain intricate user-facing features using React and React Native, prioritizing performance, accessibility, and maintainability.

• Contribute to the evolution of frontend architecture, design patterns, and best practices as the product and team grow.

• Provide support and mentorship to colleagues, fostering a collaborative and inclusive engineering environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in building frontend applications using JavaScript, React, and/or React Native.

• Strong product intuition with the capability to convert user requirements into thoughtful UI and interaction designs.

• Proven track record of owning features or product domains from start to finish, including making technical decisions.

• Comfort in collaborating across various disciplines, particularly with design and backend engineering teams.

• Effective and thoughtful communication skills coupled with a collaborative mindset.

• Enthusiasm for mentoring peers and enhancing the overall standard of frontend development.
