Senior Software Engineer – Frontend Angular

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Facilitate clear communication with client project stakeholders regarding project status and recommendations.

• Develop client code that is efficient, performant, testable, scalable, secure, and of the highest quality.

• Actively engage in accurate planning and estimation efforts, utilizing project methodologies and tools.

• Skillfully gather requirements and organize/present developed features to clients.

• Participate in agile software development processes, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, team retrospectives, and other governance activities.

• Contribute to the Engineering Practice community by mentoring peers through Communities of Practice (CoPs) or project teams, fostering the growth of technical skills.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product managers, designers, and other engineers, to ensure technical decisions are aligned with project objectives and timelines.

• Enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and mentor team members to uphold high code quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices.

• Tackle complex technical challenges, troubleshoot issues, and provide guidance on resolving technical problems, ensuring the successful delivery of UI projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6+ years of experience/expertise in the following areas specified below*:

• *JavaScript: Angular Framework, RxJS; Other: CSS, Micro-frontends, Nx, WebRT*

• Strong proficiency in the design, development, and deployment of robust Java-based microservices applications (Spring Boot).

• Solid experience with object-oriented design, design patterns, and software architecture.

• Familiarity with front-end technologies (Angular, React, or similar).

• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with business objectives.

• Ensure high quality through code reviews, unit testing, and improvements to the CI/CD pipeline.

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring high availability and reliability.
