Senior Software Engineer – DevOps

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee Linux/Unix environments, which includes configuring networks and applications.

• Design and manage CI/CD pipelines (for example, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).

• Automate tasks related to development, operations, and deployment.

• Utilize Docker containers for deploying applications.

• Administer and provide support for cloud infrastructure (Cloud / PaaS).

• Ensure adherence to security practices (SecOps), particularly regarding SSH and certificates.

• Collaborate with both relational and NoSQL database systems.

• Engage with distributed and clustered systems.

• Employ enterprise tools such as BPM, ESB, and messaging systems like RabbitMQ.

• Create documentation for systems, networks, and processes.

• Collect requirements, suggest solutions, and liaise with the team.

• Collaborate in global teams or lead DevOps workstreams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in Linux/Unix system administration.

• Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline management.

• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure / PaaS.

• Familiarity with Docker technology.

• Scripting skills in Linux (including bash, awk, sed, Python).

• Understanding of security practices (SecOps) involving SSH and certificates.

• Expertise in environment configuration and automation.

• Experience with databases, both relational and NoSQL.

• Knowledge of distributed systems.

• Proficiency in orchestration and messaging tools (such as RabbitMQ).
