Senior Software Engineer, Data Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and oversee data pipelines and integrations.

• Contribute to machine learning and rule-based classification applications.

• Engage in discussions regarding technical strategy and business planning.

• Drive innovation across technology, team processes, and development methodologies.

• Collaborate effectively with Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters.

• Play an active role in a Scrum-based Agile environment to deliver solutions.

• Mentor junior members of the development team.

• Continuously explore and implement new technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong understanding of software design principles.

• Experience with one or more leading cloud service providers (e.g., AWS).

• Proficient in using GitHub and GitHub Actions.

• Solid programming abilities (e.g., Python, Java).

• Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., AWS MySQL Aurora).

• Experience in containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Proven experience in building CI/CD pipelines.

• Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform).

• Experience with cloud object storage solutions (e.g., S3).

• Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman).

• Experience with rules engines (e.g., Drools).

• Capability to quickly learn and adapt.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
