Senior Software Engineer – Data Analytics, AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia.

📋 Description

• Designing and managing the construction of an Agentic LLM architecture within a sophisticated Enterprise setting.

• Developing, deploying, and maintaining machine learning pipelines, models, and applications.

• Performing data exploration, as well as designing, constructing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines (both batch and streaming) and data infrastructure to facilitate rapid/near real-time analytics.

• Collaborating with UI/UX designers and the project team to create and deliver user-friendly Consumer UX-centric applications, including LLM clients.

• Providing documentation and/or training on LLM channels, Agentic, and Analytics-related subjects.


⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Java technologies (including the Spring framework).

• Experience in developing machine learning algorithms, including predictive AI, data clustering, and generative AI.

• Knowledge of LLM architectures; multi-agent pipelines, MCP integrations, evaluation frameworks, and analytics.

• Skilled in schema design, data modeling, and SQL.

• Familiarity with ETL concepts and tools for both manual and Low-Code ETL and pipeline development.

• Experience in streaming and batch data processing.

• Strong problem-solving skills along with structured thinking and analytical abilities.

• Keen attention to detail and proficient verbal/written communication skills.

• Capability to quickly learn and research new technologies.

• Familiarity with Generative UI and/or multi-modal LLM clients, including real-time voice, is a plus.

• Good understanding of Apache Spark architecture.

• Solid knowledge of Big Data file formats (Avro, Parquet, etc.).

• Understanding of the Communication Service Provider (CSP) sector and enterprise landscape.
