This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +8 more states.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to establish and evaluate key product metrics that align with business goals.
• Oversee data science initiatives such as predictive modeling, segmentation, and forecasting to enhance product decisions and drive revenue growth.
• Assess and prototype AI-driven analytical solutions that aid in forecasting, product optimization, and operational effectiveness.
• Leverage data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that shape product strategy and improve user experience.
• Convert business needs into scalable analytical solutions and measurement frameworks.
• Create dashboards and regular analyses to track product performance and proactively identify opportunities for revenue and experience enhancement.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and persuasive manner.
• Assist in data governance to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and consistency of analytics reporting.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, and Marketing teams to aid in roadmap prioritization and business planning.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, capable of transforming complex data science and analytical insights into clear and compelling narratives for senior leadership.
• Advanced skills in Python for statistical modeling, predictive analytics, segmentation, forecasting, and machine learning within a product or digital analytics framework.
• Practical experience with generative AI, LLM applications, and AI-enabled analytics workflows, demonstrating successful application to enhance analytical results.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Google BigQuery.
• Experience with large-scale datasets and cloud platforms such as Databricks.
• Hands-on experience with digital analytics tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Contentsquare, Monetate, or Mixpanel.
• Understanding of A/B and multivariate experimentation methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or comparable practical experience.
